SOURCE: Water leaking from under washing maching

The ribbed drainage tube on mine was leaking from a small hole at the bottom of the curved "u" - due to flex fatigue tiny crack. My solution - a short (1 inch) section of copper water pipe for a splice, secured with black electical tape and a hose clamp. This fixed the leak, but when I stood it back up, it wouldn't run right. This was due to the out of balance microswitch mentioned above, which was corroded. I bypassed it, and it works like new.

SOURCE: fisher paykel gwl15 won't pump out water

My F & P Model GWL15 did the same thing. I purchased a new pump but that was not the problem. Tip the machine back and look under. There is a valve diverter that I removed and checked. There was a dime and lots of lint stuck in the valve so it wouldn't move back and forth anymore. I downloaded a parts manual, page 10 and item # 23 is the valve diverter. Once I unclogged it and put it back together, it worked great. I noticed it works better than it has for a long time. I'm a 60 yr old woman so anyone can do this. Good luck.

Water leaking under washer

Chances are it's the 6 inch or so rubber "U" tube you see attached from the diverter valve to the pump. The end that goes to the pump has to slip under the metal housing and turn it about a half an inch, then use the clamps to secure it.

The drain pump on my F&P IWL16 is leaking water. I've had the pump replaced 3 times, during which, the new control board with fuse bypass was installed to prevent the board from blowing again

The pump may not be seating tight against the bucket,
There are four bolts on the gal plate you can tighten to make pump seat tighter on the bucket.

Fisher & Paykel intuitive eco - code 12 Water keeps running and I have to keep turning of the machine and water supply. Please help!

The solenoid on one of the fill valves, in the washer, is probably stuck open. Only fix is to have it replaced.

NOISY WHEN DRAINING ON OCCASION

This is a sign of a faulty drain pump impeller. the drive shaft that is connected to the impeller is stripping the impeller. you will eventually need to replace the entire pump soon.

Cannot access pump in fisher & paykel washing machine

There has to be some access somewhere, behind?. Find it out, the problem is with your pump, unplug washer from the electric mains. Drain out your water by lowering the exit hose into bucket or ground drain, dismantle your pump to see what is clogging it. Before that see that the connections to the pump are tight; pull out and refit, it might sort out the problem. Or you have to change the pump. You can do all these yourself. Only note careful as to what came out how & how to refit.

Intuitive ECO Washer IWL16 Code 37

sounds like you've got something blocked in your pump. There's live wires under your machine near the pump so be very careful not to electrocute yourself. Best to get the repair man out and have him explain this time what's going on. I'd get a Fisher & Paykel authorized serviceman who knows what he's doing - call Fisher & Paykel with your zipcode and they'll give you some numbers to call.
