I am a Tech support for a School district. We have installed a Logitech Keyboard and mouse on a IBM XP. The Keyboard has worked well for a month or so and we have had to change batteries. The problem is that now, we keep getting the "pass key" message and the keyboard won't connect We tried re-installing the software. Clicking on the desktop icon for logitech only brings up the mouse specs. However, when the bluetooth connection "red button" is pressed the message says that the keyboard is installed and ready next step?
If it is wireless you will have to push the connect button on the wireless receiver after installing batteries even if the lights on receiver are on other wise your computer will not reconize it but you will get message that the item is working properly.
