Question about Samsung YP-Z5A MP3 Player
I have a problem with my Samsung YP-Z5 mp3 player which is roughly 3 months old. The unit has stopped charging properly and is not connecting to the pc. i have tried using a different usb cable, but the unit displays "connecting" for 5 seconds and then stops. i can only access my music on the player by going through Browse All Files and I cannot put any new music on it. HELP!!!
...Samsung returned my player after 3 weeks. Some problems fixed, but not all. Their customer service & tech support lines are hopeless, and eventually suggested I return the unit to Amazon ! Amazon have agreed a refund & Samsung have lost a customer permanently. It's a shame because this could be a great player if the internals were up to the mark.

...spoke to Samsung customer Service today. This is clearly a recognised problem. Once I described it, they immediately gave me a freepost address to send the player to for repair. So far, so good....

I have just found exactly the same problem on my Z5, which is 6 months old. Was fine yesterday, but not today.Will phone Samsung tomorrow & report any info
