The microwave (JVM 1340)one day stop working. I know the line going to the the unit has power. Any suggestions.
Since you have power going into the cord, there are three things to check next, with reference numbers from the exploded view found via the link below: REF # 1626 internal fuse REF # 1430 magnetorn thermostat REF # 1121 flame sensor If any of these parts is open, you will have a "no power" / "dead" condition.
