Every fish as some thing that works best. We fished silvers off the jetty at Reeds port Or (got to Google earth it) wit a half pound lead ball first then a herring double hook rig and a big cork float to keep the crabs from getting it all. It cast on a big open face spinning reel with 8 foot rod.

Some fresh water trout were so over fished and smart. the only thing that worked was a long shank hook wit 7 or 8 sing hooked worms 3# leader and 2 loose worms on the bait ball. Those would float free and entice the young ones, but the big old boy would wait and then get the big bait ball.

SO --- it aint just fishing.

Manual for 24 hp 42 craftsman - Diagram and How to change the drive belt?

Remember this, there is a belt diagram under the left foot rest. It will show you how the belt is rigged onto the pulleys. In changing this belt you will have to pull the clutch assembly, from beneath the motor. Only one bolt holds this assembly to the motor's vertical shaft.Once removed, install the belt onto the pulleys. Then slip the belt onto the clutch assembly's pulley and lift straight up,align the key way with the key and slip on the clutch assembly and replace the bolt.Torque down the bolt,i can't remember the torque pounds, but i believe it's 100-200 lbs. of torque.B. Tips for storing bicycles

Garage Storage: Tips for storing bicycles .Floor stands (shown below)
Children who ride bicycles often like to just drop them and run off. If you want to change this habit, consider getting a floor stand. Of all such storage devices, it's the easiest to use.Support posts (shown at right)
You can also lean bicycles or other large gear against a post. If you add elastic cords or hooks, the bikes will be even more secure. For two-story storage on support posts, look in a bike shop. The post shown here holds up to four bicycles. It works best in garages with high ceilings.
Pulley rigs
With a pulley system, you can store large items near the ceiling to preserve space below. You can buy a pulley system that works like mini-blinds. It has a built-in stop to keep items up. A gentle tug releases the mechanism so you can lower the object.

Screw these pulleys directly to ceiling framing if the wood runs in the same direction you want to store things. Or attach the pulleys to plywood first and then screw the panels to the joists. You must use this method if the joists run crosswise to the pulley direction.

How to keep the deck belt from coming off the right deck il idler pulley

I'm guessing there's no bracket around the pulley itself, you can rig it just drill a hole close to the pulley straight down to the deck and put a long bolt to sit beside it, you can put 2 of them on there one on each side, but if there was never one there in the first place odds are your deck belt is stretched replace it, hope this helps

The pto switch broke how can I rig it to turn the blades on to cut

I dont think you'll be able to rig this to run with blades like your thinking. the pto usually is a lever that moves/puts pressure against the pulleys then against the belt, which in turn drives the blades. you could probably look at the pulley configuration on your mower and buy a belt that would go from the main drive pulley to the blades and go direct, or devise a chain gear system in place of the pulleys. only problem with that is the blades are constantly moving, increasing risk of injury to yourself or others who may not know about your special set-up

How do I remove the pulley from my power steering pump? I tried using a 9mm allen wrench but it wouldn't budge?

take it to a auto repair shop, it takes a special puller. Better to have them do it than to buy a tool you may only use 1 time.
