Question about Kenmore 3.8 cu. ft. HE3t Front Load Washer

Washer will not unlock

I have a Kenmore HE3 washing machine that is 3 years old I put a load in yesterday, it ran through all cycles without drawing in any water and now it shows 1 minute left on the cycle and will not unlock. I have removed the bottom front pannal and cleaned the filter.

I have a kenmore he3 the erroe code says "sud" can
SUDS LOCK (to much detergent detected during the wash cycle)

he motor control unit senses a suds lock condition by analyzing the current draw on the drive motor. If "Sud" is displayed a potential suds lock is detected. This may signify a bad pump, an extra heavy load, excessive detergent, or excessive suds.

Potential Causes

• If too much detergent was used, run the unit through a Rinse/ Spin cycle then a Normal cycle without adding any detergent. This should clear the unit of the excess detergent.
• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.

Kenmore HE3 stuck in delay cycle and won't unlock or cancel
YOu more than likely have suds in your washer, or an extremely unbalanced load. push the pause cancel button twice, that should unlock the washer. open the washer, and look inside. Is there a lot of suds, or towels that are tangled up? If so, add some fabric softener to the wash tub and do a rinse drain spin (for suds) for the extremely unbalanced load, take the towels (or what ever load you are doing) and put about 1/2 of them in. I have the same washer and have experienced this "problem" once or twice in 7 years. And those were the two culprits. Hope that helps

My Kenmore he3t F20s at the start of the rinse cycle. I can run sanitary all the way 2+ hours to the last spin. I have done everything I can think of. I have replaced the pressure switch and hose. I also checked it for air holes and blocks. Unless it is possible for a leak to happen at the connecting joint i.e. i need epoxy or something to seal it into place then that isn't it. I replaced the water valve as well. I also took apart the control panel. I found a bit of paper and some dead bugs in the housing, but nothing else seemed wrong. The pump works great. Water pressure is ideal. Drain hose is positioned correctly. The only thing I haven't touched is the flow meter. And it seems to work well machine fills fine. Diagnostic cycle runs for 1-2 minutes before F20 displays. How can I find out what is wrong and fix it once and for all?
