If you delete the number in your phone phone book and you use SIM card then there is nothing to worry, just retrieve it from your SIM but if it is in your main phone memory then only one lucky way is check your recent call history to see the delete number is still there or check on call out numbers and received numbers. Only those areas which you may be able to retrieve. Good Luck

Unfortunately, once a text is deleted from the device it isn't able to be retrieved. Now if it's a different kind of message you may have some options. The only way to get that text back would be to have it resent.

I'm sorry for that! but you can never retrieve it back from your phone! Unless...however, if you did some synchronization between your mobile and your PC after you had taken and before you accidentally delete that video, you can take it back from your PC.
I don't think there is unfortunately. The only way you might be able to retrieve your piccies is if you have deleted them via the comp. Then you may still have them in your recycle bin. Sorry I can't be of more help.
