Question about HP LaserJet 3055 All-In-One Printer
We have a 4 month old HP 3055 all in one printer. Soon after we got it we started having printing problems--the text often comes out looking like bar codes on a product box. HP tech support wasn't much help with their ideas. The only thing that works is to unplug it for a minute, then re-start. Till it happens again. Anyone ever dealt with this problem? Thanks.
Before you buy anything to fix it, when you buy an hp you have a 1 year warranty for parts & labor. I would tell them to have someone to come & look at it & if that doesn't work I would have them replace the machine. I have the same exact one for over 6 months now & I have had no problem.

I would suggest changing the toner cartridge, if that doesn't work, i would install a new laser scanner motor.
