Cannot seem to figure out how to get my Element MP3 player to play more than 10-20 seconds of each song. Must be in some sort of trial mode ....of course cannot find manual. Help!!
Does have excellent sound though.
Best Solution!!! I called tech support (866-823-1671 - very nice/helpful) because my daughter's was doing the same thing. I was told to let the song start to play, press the M button during the song, choose 'Repeat' which will bring up a list of options and then choose 'Normal'. It worked.
My daughter had this problem after calling element today them telling me to take the mp3 back to the store and the new one doing the same thing I played around with it. When the song is playing select the top right m button go to repeat and then normal. There is an option for intro in this menu only plays the song for 10 to 20 seconds
While it is playing press the M and it will say replay click m again and it shall replay:)

i have the same problem and i can't seem to figure out how to stop this.
I have the same problem. it plays like 5, 10, or 20 seconds of each song and then skips to the next song. even when i put it on key lock.

I got this MP3 player for my son,worked great for me for a week..I handed it to him and 10 minutes later it was doing the same thing,lol..Thank you for posting the solution..It worked..
