Some keys stopped working, the w,p,f,h,k,l and backspace. Does the keyboard need to be replaced, if so how is it done.
Probably for long time usage, the base at the bottom of these keys get stuck with dirts or loose so yu can use your finger nail to take each of them up and see whether the plastic base is still elastic. At first, you need to take all these keys out and do some cleaning with rubbing alcohol and check for properly sit of thes keys and realign the key in space and slightly snap them bak in until you hear the click sound. If all cleaning and checking are still not make them working then the sensing connection at the bottom may be bad contact and then you have to replace the keyboard. If yo are the heavy user and tapping hard the key everytime you type then the change of worning out of these keys are obviously. I hope this help
