Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

1 Answer

I can't add anything on anymore

I've only had my Sansa e250 for a few months and i've managed to solve most of the problems until now. Everytime I try to add a new song i have to delete one of my older songs other wise a little window pops up saying 'Cannot copy (insert song name here):The directory or file cannot be created.' i only have 778 MB on my mp3 but it has 1.09 GB left of emory which i cannot use for some reason. Please help.

Video converter

The converter can only handle a few types of movie and picture files, anything else and it has a fit. Oddly enough, the converter can't do anything with .mov files.

Sansa e250

Hi,
Using an external card reader, back up the data on the card and then reformat the card. Then put the card back into the player. Hopefully this should solve your problem.

If you just got this sansa, call sansa and send it back to them. you still have a warranty. they may give you some problem if you don't have the reciept bu explain that it is a gift. From what you say, you did what you should have. you can always send it to my company so we cna see what the problem is. Thanks, Connie
