Take the camcorder to an authorised service center. They will have to open the camera up and have to manualy operate the mechanics to have an ejection of the tape. Most likely there is a failure in the camera that will have to be maintenenaced.

This can be caused by several problems including a defective eject switch in the cameras internal circuitry, a stripped gear or a bad motor. This will require disassembling the camera to diagnose and repair. This can usually be done fairly inexpensively but it's not really a user serviceable problem and should be repaired qualified service technician.
