How to unclock locked channels

My Sansui TV is previosuly used by my friend he had locked some of the channels and Channel Tuning option also. Now he don't know how to unlock the same. Can you please suggest me a solution to solve this problem.

My sony television is previously used for my daughter and she accidently stepped on the control and she locked some channels

How do I retune my Samsung smart TV 40"with 3D

Country (Area)

Broadcasting > Channel Settings > Country (Area)

Select your country so that the TV can correctly auto-tune the broadcasting channels. This depends
on the country or region.
When the PIN input screen appears,enter your 4 digit PIN number.

Digital Channel
Change the country for digital channels.

Analogue Channel
Change the country for analogue channels.

Manual Tuning

Broadcasting > Channel Settings > Manual Tuning

Scans for a channel manually and stores in the TV.
If a channel is locked using the Channel Lock function, the PIN input window appears.
This function depends on the country and region

Sansui SV-2110K, Channel lock

Click here and try to download the user manual to your Sansui TV, and refer it how to make a factory reset to your tV. If it do not help you, the main system memory IC might be faulty, and should be replaced.

It seems you are using a set top box to access tv programs. I that case when a person changes the channel all the connected TVs will change. You should use extra set top box for multiple independent viewing.

Hello
The memory IC of your TV has damaged. It can be located very near to the main system control IC, an eight terminal one, can be desolder out from the boar very easly. Its number is more important when replacing it. There is no tuning lock occurs with your TV; and the reason is damged memory IC. OK.

When you are auto tuning the system will not store a channel which is week by its standard ( at least 60% signal strength ) This done to avoid grainy picture and hissy sound.
You can go into manual tuning and store it.
