ook at the side on the right of the keyboard just beneath the grey area. Its a round grey button with no labelling. Press the connect button on the IR module or the itouch icon on your system tray then press this button.

I have a battery free mouse on a pad that connects as usb for power to the laptop with a reatilpus brand. i have contacted retailplus company. i was told they dont carry that model anymore and suggest i get a diffrent mouse. i have been dependent on this battery mouse. the problem is that it works on and off. when i plug it it says usb not recognize and other times it just works. please assist.

Of course you know to press the connection button on the receiver then on the keyboard. Since setPoint is recognizing the connection I wonder do the multimedia and function keys work? Do you have the the USB receiver for the KB/Mouse plugged into a hub or KVM switch? If so plug it directly into the back of the PC. whenever you chage the battery you have to syncnonize your keyboard and mouse to sensor of the reciver. you can see on the back side of the keyboard there is connect button just press it and on the recevre side also press the connect buton same setting do with mouse also.
