Hi my phone is playing up i turn it on and its sticking i cant dail any numbers as as it sticks on the same screen as when you turn it on it seems like its freezing on opening screen it will turn on but not turn off even when i try and dial number the the first digit i press doesnt even show on the screen it seems like any button i press doesnt seem to do anything it just shows time and name of service network and the usual icons pls help thankyou .melon
Hi Melon, this might be a problem with the simcard you are using. It might be too large for your phone's capacity. Try using a simcard that has smaller memory capacity. This happened to me too. Changing the simcard solved my problem. Try it too.

Sounds like u have an musicfile problem.
There r some music files that cant work on Cellphones.
One or too easy ways of fixing this is....try to erase the sound from the Phone and memorystick and install it again. That could work but if not, try to fix a new version av that song and install it.
Last solution is....if none of the Above works....try asking in a
Cellphone shop!!
