I have a 1999 Honda Passport and there are no metal supports at the base of the seats to lock the car seat too. Any suggestion on securing this seat?
If this seat has the areas for a regular seat belt to go thru, you could use that belt to install it. Every seat belt if you pull it out all the way, and then start retracting it, it because super tight and cannot be pulled out again, until its been retracted in almost all the way. Be sure when doing this you get the seat belt as tight as possible. I like to put my knee into the car seat and press as hard as I can as I pull on the seat belt to tighten it.
