If this seat has the areas for a regular seat belt to go thru, you could use that belt to install it.
Every seat belt if you pull it out all the way, and then start retracting it, it because super tight and cannot be pulled out again, until its been retracted in almost all the way.
Be sure when doing this you get the seat belt as tight as possible. I like to put my knee into the car seat and press as hard as I can as I pull on the seat belt to tighten it.

I can't be of much help, except to indicate what Honda says about the seats, and to give you a URL to look at:
Using a Seat Belt Locking Clip
Always use a seat belt locking clip when you secure a child seat to your car with a lap/shoulder belt. This helps prevent the seat from shifting position or overturning. A locking clip is usually included with the child seat. If you need a clip, contact the seat's manufacturer or a store that sells child restraints.
The URL will take you to a more complete reference to your car manual regarding child restraints. https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/pubs/om/AC9595/AC9595O00020A.pdf
Hope this helps you.
If you have a Cabrio Fix carseat, underneath the carseat should be two silver metal bars that slot into the base, if these are not on the carseat then you have the Cabrio model which is not compatible with the base.
Hey I have the same vehicle. You have to tug it really really hard to pull up the seats. It does feel like its locked, but it isn't. It is just really tight. Once you pull the seats up a few times it will loosen up.
