Your problem might be the flasher unit. Try putting the emergency flashers on if they all work it is a bad flasher for the directionals. Under the dash by your left foot 2 of them, turn rt. turn fell which one clicks.
Try a start capacitor. or if the pump won't turn by hand take the pump apart and make sure nothing is broken inside. If still nothins it is probally a bad motor and you will need to replace.
Could be the problem. That piece is a relay, although I dont know which one. At one time it had a plastic cover on it. If you unplug it, it probably has 4 or 5 terminals labeled 84, 85, 86, 86a, 87.
check if the fuel pump is working, if you have someone near the tank and someone else crank motor you should be able to hear a bzzzzzz rom the tank from the pump. if no noise is heard then hit or thump the tank, this can make a fuel pump start to work again, if it starts, then the pump is almost dead
