I changed thermostat & flushed heater core. Checked fuses and still no heat.
Check thermostat and water pump.the water pump could be working good enough to ke the engine cool but dosnt have the pressure to push it thru. i ran in to this prob be for no heat and the engine didnt over heat. the antifreeze ate the blades off the water pump. it was crazy.

Is the blower running at all? Also, make sure the main air intake vent is free of obstructions.
Also, a vacuum leak could cause the actuator to not function correctly. I'd check into the vacuum lines if all else fails. I've had too many cars here with heat/air problems due to vacuum loss and the actuators not switching correctly.

Test for blown head gaskets, combustion gases can be tested at the radiator neck with engine running

be sure you have no coolant leak and check if you have a blead valve on the engine for the coolant if you do, blead the air out

Is the blower motor working? If not that is what it is. If it is working then check heater coil out, Could be bad heater coil.

I don't know your vehicle, but does it have a blower door tucked in where the heater core is? If it DOES and that's broken then it could be the whole problem. It would mean it isn't switching from the A/C side of things to the heat side of them. Hope this helps, good luck!
