Question about Philips 60PW9363 60" Rear Projection Television

Red and blue lines on the buttom of the TV

Two days ago I started to see blue and red lines on the buttom of the screen and also at the top. I tried to adjust it some of it became OK and the other stay as it is. Any help will be appreciated. Best wishes.

I'm only 11, but i have the same problem. check the power cord.

    if not the power cord, it may be dusty inside the t.v.

    take of the back and check if it's dusty

Suspect Convergence IC's STK4274, part Number 2003191. Replace all three IK04(red), IK05(green), IK06(blue).

it can be a picture tube problem. moreover, check if your tv is dusty inside it . clear it with blower and try again.

Sounds like an IC on the LCD panel went out of TV. Only thing to do is replace panel (it won't go away only get worse) It will probable be cheaper to just get another tv.

Yes, especially big screen. It sounds like convergence is out of lign. Try menu and straighten out, wait until set is warm first.
