Have a kenmore ultra wash quiet Guard 3 was working good now have no power at all to dishwasher un plugged it and plugged it back in even tried the Breaker still no power what so ever what's wrong

There are a couple of possibilities. To test first unplug the unit for safety. then you must disassemble the door. Inside the door you will find the computer and attached to the computer you will find a thermal fuse. Testing that fuse would be my first check and if it is good checking the computer and door switches would be next. This would be best done by an authorized repair company. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=kenmore+dishwasher+replacing+the+thermal+fuse&view=detail&mid=FD3B9503B85F5329C756FD3B9503B85F5329C756&FORM=VIRE

I cant get my dishwasher to start

Defective Door Switch? The next thing that could be causing your dishwasher to not start could be the door switch. This door switch is also sometimes called a door lock or door interlock switch. This switch is a safety feature and makes it so the dishwasher will not run if the door is open. If your dishwasher won't start, then it is possible this switch is bad. This switch is located inside the door panel. To determine if the door switch is bad, remove the control panel, locate the door switch, and test it for continuity.
Blown Thermal Fuse?Another part in your dishwasher that could be causing it to not start could be the thermal fuse. This fuse is designed to blow if the dishwasher overheats. If this fuse blows, it will need to be removed and replaced to make your dishwasher work. Most dishwashers have the thermal fuse located in the control panel area. To determine if the thermal fuse is bad, remove the control panel, locate the fuse, and test it for continuity.
Broken Door Latch? The part that holds your dishwasher door shut is called a door latch. 99% of the time this latch is made from plastic. If this latch becomes broken or cracked, it will prevent your door from closing properly. To determine if your door latch is bad, inspect your dishwasher door and be sure the latch is not broken.
Defective Main Control Board? The control board in your dishwasher supplies power to all components. If your dishwasher won't start, this could mean that the board is bad. If you have tested and confirmed working all the other steps above, then the control board in your dishwasher is most likely bad and replacing it would be a smart option at this point.

Stopped in mid cycle and wont restart

Hi....I think I can help you with this. I checked a troubleshooting site for Crosley dishwashers, and there could be a couple of reasons why the cycle stopped:
1. The thermal fuse shuts off power to the dishwasher if it overheats. If the thermal fuse blows, it will prevent the dishwasher from starting. To determine if the thermal fuse is defective, use a multimeter to test the fuse for continuity. If the thermal fuse does not have continuity, replace it.
2. The door switch prevents the dishwasher from running while the door is open. If the door switch is defective, the switch will prevent the dishwasher from running even when the door is closed. To determine if the door switch is at fault, use a multimeter to test the switch for continuity. If the switch does not have continuity, replace it.
3. The door latch ensures that the dishwasher door latches shut. If the door does not latch properly, the door switch might prevent the dishwasher from running. If the door latch is broken, replace it.
You can also find more related troubleshooting here:

You'll need the model number for your particular dishwasher.
I hope this has helped you.

Kitchenaide dishwasher KUDS25SHBS1

I have listed COMMON problems / reasons why a dishwasher won't start..
The thermal fuse might have blown. The thermal fuse helps to prevent damage to the dishwasher by turning off power so that it doesn't overheat. Once blown, the thermal fuse will have to be replaced for the dishwasher to work. The thermal fuse is usually located in the control panel on the control board or mounted to the bottom of the tank behind the lower panel. The thermal fuse can be checked for continuity.
The door switch, or switches, are sometimes called interlock switches. The door switch prevents the dishwasher from running while the door is open. If the dishwasher won't start, the switch or switches might be defective. To access the door switches, remove the control panel or inside door panel - depending on the model. They can be tested for continuity.
If the dishwasher does not start, the door latch assembly might be defective. These are normally made of plastic and cannot be repaired. If the door won't latch and the door latch is broken, replace it.
The main control board provides power to nearly every component of the dishwasher. If the dishwasher won't start the main control board might be defective. You should first check for more common parts. Many times control boards are replaced unnecessarily because the problem was not diagnosed properly.

Kitchenaid dishwasher model kuds40cvwho does not run. The unit receives power. The latch appears to be working properly. The thermal fuse shows 0 resistance n the ohm meter.

In addation to the thermal fuse have you checked the door switchs to be 0 ohms resistiance as well??

ya made need to trick the latch to thinking its closed so ya can check the switches in the door closed position

If the switches do check to be good and the thermal fuse is known to be good the problem will be with the control board and long as verifing that their is power at the thermal fuse/into the control

Will not run no lights or anything

Hello,

The most probable thing wrong is going to be a blown fuse on the control panel. To check for that, disconnect power to dishwasher by turning off circuit breaker ,remove torx headed screws from around the inner door, seperate inner/outer door panel, remove the plastic cover off of the control panel, and use a multimeter set to measure ohms and remove the 2 wires to the thermal fuse and check for continuty with ZERO ohms resistiance on the thermal fuse. IF the fuse is blown the meter display will show OL or the display will not change...if using a meter with a needle the needle will not move if the fuse is blown..if the fuse is good the display will show 0.00-1.00 on a digital meter and the needle will swing all the way to the right and stay there on analog meter. If the fuse does check to be good the most likely cause of the diswasher not running will be the door switches. Here is what the fuse looks likeoldtech2332_88.jpg

Good luck i hope i helped you to fix your dishwahser,
