My Inner Display is broken :(

Hi Pls help me, the inner display of my Siemens CF62 has broken down. I have tried to get it repaired, but the display is not available here in India. Can u pls help me to search a display and repair my cell. Also how can i sell this phone on the net wihout getting it repaired, so that the buyer can get it repaired himself at his place,because the display is not available in India. Thanx Ricky Narang

You may have tried this but look inside the unit to see if a dvd is jammed in there. You can force the tray open by pushing a straightened paper clip into the tiny hole at the front of the tray. Be very careful not to shake or jar the unit as the inner components are breakable plastic

Screen is black like the lens is closed, I believe the inner lens is not opening.

Are you sure your lcd display isn't broken? I don't know if the lens assembly has an inner screen, but if it's not working, it's the gear mechanism that's broken, and will require servicing. Cheaper to buy a new one, on sale, if the cost is too much to service it. A repair shop should be able to give you a ballpark estimate.

Front passenger door lock wont work, seat belt light on

Sounds like the plastic clip that connects the lock has broken however regardless of fault the inner door panel has to be removed to diagnose and repair.It could also be inner door lock assembly.

I have bought a Siemens CF62 off ebay and it does not have the phonecode. The seller got it off someone else so there is no way to regain it. Menu 9.7.4.4 is change phonecode but it says phonecode locked. Is ther anyway to solve this please ? All I want to do is enable the code protection on the screensaver menu 9.2.6.5 which should prevent people from snatching phone off me and reading texts etc without inputing a code. Thankyou

Connecting my siemens cf 62 to the internet. I am a subscriber to Zain one of our communication systems providers. I took my Siemens cf 62 to their shop to have it connected to the internet; but I wa told that they had filed to do so because the cf62 is complicated. They tried to configure it by remote control but it has not responded satisfactorily. Forgot Phonecode for Siemens CF62T and PIN2! Called T-Mobile and went to store with my ID. Got my PIN. But seems they can't "flash" my phone. I need to reset the Phonecode and PIN2. Saw a cable on eBay but will need software for it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Will be happy to submit IMEI if needed. Thanks!
