Download slimcleaner from www.download.com and run the program, this cleans out junk from the hard drive, next download malwarbytes anti-malware from the same address, update definitions and run a full scan for infections, finally defragment your hard drive. The software is free and very effective.

also u can try to reset your bios.
go to your bios setting load default settings.
then restart pc.

Make sure the power is completely off. Turn the power back on. Try using Esc key, F1, or the delete key. If you press the wrong key, it will give yoiu a keyboard error indicating an option to press the correct key. I'm pretty sure one of those keys will work on an emachine.

first you should go into safe mode and get a start up manager program and stop the programs from running at start up ,clean your computer with all in one cleaning software i have auslogics boost speed, upgrading your ram would help making it faster, get rid of the unwanted programs you dont need, get rid of the unwanted files you dont need and go to task manager and stop the unwanted processes from running thats just a few things you could try so it wont freeze up and it will be faster i clean my computer weekly so it doesnt slow down bc everytime you go on the internet it adds files to your computer that you dont need after your done. Hope i helped solving your freezing problem

Ouch. You need to download all of your drivers again. You should have them on a CD that you got with the laptop, but you can get them off of dell.com
