Yes - I believe it comes with the new jets that you need to change out. Not that hard to do really; we did it ourselves.

The problem is usually the igniter not reaching the correct amp draw .When the igniter does not reach the correct amp draw it may allow the gas valve to partially open or not open at all. The igniters are inexpensive and easy to replace. I just replaced the panel overlay on my stove and that did fix the problem (of the 3,6,9 buttons not working). I found the part for under $110 on line and replaced it myself.

My solution. replace with non-Jenn Air.
