My dryer heats up for just a few minutes. After that it tries to heat but will not produce a flame. I have cleaned the vent system and aslo the dryer free of lent and dust. I have also did a resistance test on the thermal fuse and it is good.
It might have more than 1 thermal sensor, if you can find a manuel and check. Also if you have a leak on your gas connection(flex hose, ect.)

MY GAS WENT OUT NOW I'M NOT SURE ON HOW TO GET THE HEAT BACK IT IS A WHIRLPOOL CLEAN TOUCH AN OLDER MODEL PLEASE HELP
my dryer does not heat up
When the dyer starts, it blows hot air. Then during the cycle, it blows cold air. The venting system is clean and clear. I changed the thermo fuse. Please assist. It could be the coil or themostat.
