Chamer, do you have high temp wash, heated dry pads on the control panel? If so do this key dance...high temp wash..heated dry..high temp wash...heated dry. The panel should light up and go through the test mode. Im assuming the clean light is flashing. Post back, let me know..Catriver.

GE triton xl dishwasher will not drain

First thing is to remove the power. Let it reset and then power it back on. That may mean shutting off a breaker if it is under the counter. When you power it back on, listen for the pump to come on. Also there should be a service technicians sheet under the front kick panel that lists all the troubleshooting steps.

Clean light keeps blinking

The blinking clean light is an interruption in the dishwasher program that usually indicates a component malfunction. It can also be a result of a momentary program glitch as well. If a component is defective, it's most commonly attributed to a heating cycle or thermostat failure. The following link explains how you may be able to clear the blinking clean light problem and possibly avoid a service call:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3575752-dishwasher_blinking_clean_light

Keep in mind all dishwashers are not alike and have different panel options. If you do not have the same set up that I have mentioned, the tech sheet for your dishwasher will explain the touch pad functions. The tech sheet is located behind the lower toe panel under the door and lists the proper sequence of buttons to push for diagnostics and troubleshooting. Just remove the screws that hold the panel in place and remove.

NOTE: Sometimes the tech sheet is located behind the inner door panel. You will need to remove the screws securing the inner panel to access it if this is the case. Make sure you turn off the main power breaker before doing so.

In many cases, I found this to be a momentary glitch in operation. If the problem keeps reoccuring the number of flashes is an indication of WHICH circuit is causing your problem. As all dishwashers differ in operation and features, refer to your tech sheet for the recommended troubleshooting steps.

NOTE: Some dishwashers use the Sani-Rinse/Air Dry combination, some use the Sani-Rinse/Heated Dry combination. Some use a sequence of three, others use a sequence of 5 pushes of the buttons. If the tech sheet is not located behind the lower toe panel, it should be affixed somewhere under the dishwasher. I have also found them located inside the inner door panel. Let me know if you still need assistance.

Clean button light blinks 7 times, pauses and blinks 7 times. This repeats over and over. Dishwasher will not work. Model is DU1055XTPS4

The blinking clean light is an interruption in the dishwasher program that either indicates a malfunction, or a simple program glitch. The light blinking 7 times can commonly attributed to a thermostat problem. However, before assuming you have a component failure, read through the following information.

The following link explains how you may be able to clear the blinking clean light problem:

Only thing the dishwasher will do is the cancel drain for 2 min.

This may help in your situation. The following link explains how you may be able to clear the blinking clean light problem:

Now...keep in mind all dish washers are not alike and have different panel options. If you do not have the same set up as I have referenced, the tech sheet for your dishwasher will explain. Sometimes this can be a momentary glitch in operation. However, if the problem keeps reoccuring the number of flashes is an indication of which circuit is causing your problem. Again, refer to your tech sheet to determine this.

GU1200xtks0 Blinking Lights

Try pressing heated dry, normal, heated dry, normal keys within 6 seconds. All lights should come on and the machine should enter diagnostic mode. If this does not work remove the 2 screws that hold the toe panel on at the bottom front of the dishwasher, attached inside you will find a tech sheet that tells you how to enter the diagnostic mode. Once you get it in diagnostic mode let it do it's thing, will take about 20 minutes total. At the end the control will be reset. If the fault comes back then troubleshoot according to the tech sheet, or call for service.

Turn the thing a little further and pull UP. It'll come out. You've got to put some muscle into it!
