I purchased a new Color inkjet for my Officejet R80 and it only prints in black and red or pink. What is the solution?
Color cartridge dried up..Perform clean cartridges through printer properties.. check,,no result, replace color cartridge..

Assuming you have successfully eliminated cartridge/print head problems, the only other thing to try is to delete the printer software and reinstall [Start/Printers and faxes -right click on the printer icon click delete- install new printer -Have the software disk and handy or select from list- select maker, select model,] I suspect the problem is still print head/cartridge however

I had 3 bad printing cartridges. I went to Staples bought a new 23 and everything is printing fine now.

You may have a faulty cartridge, I suggest you take it back to the store and ask for a replacement for faulty cartridge.
