Unless you have good / fast access to the Internet (or wireless or 4G network), it may take a long time to download a movie to your device. If the speed of download is slower than the speed of the play, the picture freezes ... essentially, it is waiting for the completion of the download for the next few frames (of the movie). That is why the picture freeze .... and it will start again after sufficient data has been download to continue / start playing (the movie) again.
Hi. I think you should make sure first that the video you're downloading is already finish before you open it with your media player or maybe because your media player doesnt support the file type that you have downloaded, try downloading this media VLC Player, it could play almost all media type of file, just search it into google or type VLC Player Download it will output some websites to dwonload this player, then install it use it to play the video file that you have finish downloading.
