Trying to download music to my mp3 but not sure how to do it

I'm not sure of your problem exactly but here is what I found!
http://www.sandisk.com/Assets/File/pdf/retail/e200_usermanual_en.pdf

This is your manual for the MP3 unit you have. On page 14 it details how to transfer music from your computer onto your Sansa.
So , -Plug it in! - plug it into the computer and wait until it comes up -Open your music software - Open your iTunes or Windows Media Center and access your music -Open the Sansa "Media" folder -Simply highlight your music and drag them into this folder and you should be able to access them!
If you are attempting to download directly from the internet onto your unit, you must first save them to a folder on your computer and then you can drag them onto your Sansa just like with music files.

Sansa e250 dispyaying synchronize to continue music subscription

If your music has DRM it willonly allow you to sync once. they want you to repurchase the music. Try syncing music that is DRM free. If the new file work that is your problem.

Vista not compatible with rhapsody.

I use Rhapsody with Vista. You need to go to Rhapsody's website (or Best Buy Digital Music Store, which runs the same software) and download the updated version, which will work just fine.

Purchased music from iTunes can be put on Sansa players as well when you set-up Rhapsody to manage your music. Have the program detect your music library and then all you have to do is drag and drop to your MP3 player.

-Go into 'Limewire', select a song and go 'Locate file/Open Containg Folder', you should be in your folder with all your songs. or go 'My Music' and find your music files.

-Either select all your songs, open them with 'Windows Media Player' and transfer them that way.
-Or 'Open My Computer' then open 'Sansa e200' and drag the songs from where your songs are located [My Music] to the 'Music' folder in your Sansa e200 folder.
