I've had the ssame issue in the past and it is very frustrating especially if they are importatant documents. I put my papers side ways at times just to line it up. You can attempt to fix it rebooting it. Unplug it from every plug then restart it.
There is something stopping the paper feed process. Try the following 1. Check and make sure nothing is fallen inside the paper tray 2. Remove anything stuck 3. Even if you are not able to see anything stuck tray to use a air blower and blow air in the tray this will remove anything stuck.
The printing dialogue box may allow you to select duplex printing but you may have to physically turn the paper over yourself UNLESS you purchased a DUPLEXER for your printer.
If the paper feeds from the back and the finished product comes out the front, you will have feed the paper back into the back of the printer.
TRY GOING INTO YOUR INK SETTINGS AND TELLING THE PRINTER THAT BOTH CARTRIDGES ARE FULL IF THAT DOESN'T HELP GO INTO YOUR PRINTER VIA CONTROL PANEL AND MAKE SURE ALL SETTINS ARE BACK TO DEFAULT .
in order to print the print spooler service may need to be started...
got to start, control pannel, computer management, services and look for print spooler and set it to automatically so it starts whenever your computer is on. also check if it's stopped and start it.. and test.

Are you using it as a standalone unit or with a computer?
First of all what is your operating system if your using it with a computer?
If your printing from your computer, any application will overide the driver setting.
