SOURCE: my GE double oven is flashing F1 and beeping
The F1 error is similar to the F7 error and the fix may be similar. It indicates that the touchpanel needs to be replaced. The problem is really one where the insulation is breaking down between two sections of the ribbon cable which connects the touchpanel to the electronic control. I have solved the problem by placing slip of paper between the two secions of the ribbon cable. The slip of paper should be worked down into the slot. It will only go about 1/8". A piece of file card material works well. See attachec photo. If you have a metal touchpanel, you will also have to add slips of paper at the edges of the metal slot. __Be sure and turn off the power to the oven at your circuit breaker!____There are usually three small screws at the bottom of the touchpanel. The panel may need to be pushed upward to release it. Have a friend available to hold the panel while you work on it. Do not allow the panel to dangle by the wires.____Please let me know if this works for you or if you have any questions. You can reach me at [email protected]. I have shared this solution with over 830 folks. Most report success.

Error
F-9 means:Door lock safety circuit on ERC sensed Replace the door latch assembly
To solve this...Just press and hold the door latch to unlock position and then press
cancel for a few seconds. The latch will return to its original position
This will probably fix it..but if doesnt work try this
Try unplugging the oven from the electrical power. May release the
lock, which is held in place by a tiny micro switch. If not and while
the electric is still off or the oven is unplugged, use a bright light
flashlight to look through the slot where the lock is in the oven, not
in the door.
You may be able to use a thin blade screwdriver to move the lock to the
release position. Check the angle of the lever. A slightly bent lever
handle also can cause this type of condition.
If all else fails, remove the access panel on the front of the oven to
access the locking device and release it. May have to disconnect the
wires to the lock which will allow door to function but not during any
self cleaning modes.
SOURCE: F1 error Dacor Oven
I'm sorry but I am not familiar with Dacor ovens, the research I performed indicated that the ERC (clock module) has failed. You could try the oven sensor probe if it is a temperature related issue.
I truly wish I could help you further with your dilemma but am unable to provide any further information except search the web. Good luck....
