did the card come with any software.
once you install the card in the system and startup pc the new hardware wizard should automatically pick up driver,
before you install write down exactly what type of driver and model
and if the wizard does'nt pick it up you can install yourself through add nnew hardware
It means the driver for your video card is not allowing the system to enter standby (power save mode). This is an information message and is not a big error unless you really need to be in standby.
You have 2 possible solutions:
1) Scour the internet looking for and updated driver. These may work: http://drivers.s3graphics.com/en/download/drivers/legacy/Savage4_394-398/84002w2ks3agplogo.zip
2) Disable system standby in windows: In control pane, select power options, then unselect the option for system standby.
