During the POST procedure press "F2" to enter BIOS. Check that all your drives are detected properly and that the Boot sequence of drives is correct and that the drive you should be booting from is near if not at the top of the list.
If these settings are all correct then it looks as if your boot drive has died, or there is no OS installed on the drives selected. Try putting the cd/dvd drive top of the list, and with a Windows installation disk in the drive watch the boot process, and when it comes up with "Press any key to boot from cd/dvd . . ." press a key and see if the disk tries to install windows.

I recommend going into your BIOS and making sure your system is detecting the hard drive(s). If not, recheck your cable connection at the drive and the board. If it is detecting the drive, make sure it is set to be one of the boot drives(I would make it 2nd to the CD-ROM) and reboot your server. If you get the same error, you will need to reinstall the os. Good Luck C2Solutions
The SCSI driver is required to installed during the initial boot up for installation when additional drivers are asked .the new models dont come with a Floppy drive so an external floppy drive can be used .The detection of HDD s must be at the startup by the Bios os SCSI card.
first you need to prepare the scsi drives ie host raid adapter scsi drivers are server raid cotroller 6 scsi drivers by using the serevr raid support cd dikettitools proper os drivers to floppy and boot with widows cd at the time starting boot press f6 to specify the scsi drivers then all scsi hdd will detect for installatio.
What is the boot order in the bios?
Do you use internal RAID controller?
Did you change the internal hard disk drive?
