Where is the keyless remote located on a 2007 chevy suburban
Sounds like you've got something loose or broken inside the remote,open it and take a look, you may also have the rubber gasket that is not properly seating between the remote halves,also check to see if all buttons are fitting in properly.
If inside is broken or loose may need replacement, only obtainable from dealer.

Assuming that replacing batteries makes no difference the remote has broken.
Buy a replacement from Bose or buy a 'universal' remote from any electrical store. With the latter you will need the appropriate code to link the universal remote to your equipment. Try this website for remote codes http://www.xdiv.com/remotes/

I have the child lock on and the remote control is broken. How can I turn the tv on without the remote control
The power button on the TV doesn't work because of the child lock?
I went over the copy of your manual for your TV. It must be the child lock timer problem.
I would try leaving the TV unplugged for 30 mins and see if that reset the TV and releases the lock.
If it doesn't work, the remote needs to be replaced. A universal remotes aren't really universal when you need to use special buttons. The remote made for the TV is the best.
If your TV is the model 47PFL7403D, here's the cheapest place to buy a replacement.

Replacement remote control
try going to the retailer or to brand name website and looking for a replacement. You could try looking on Ebay for a broken one that has a remote and ordering for the remote and keeping the rest for spare parts. getting just the remote can be very difficult.
