After replacement with OEM cartridge it will never show Toner empty

however refil cartrdige will show the same , You need to replace the chip to remove the empty indication

there is a chip on the new drum that is bad. you need to return it to whom ever you bought it and they should replace it.

Imaging unit has a cerain page life and printer has finished those pages and is warning u to arrange for the same.

first you can feel if the fuser get warm at the back of the unit. if not replace the fuser unit.

Eventually you printer will stop printing, and your messahe will state "Replace imaging unit". This can be done by you. It is very easy to do. Kindly take out the imaging unit out of the printer and take out and put it properly.

If this did not fix you may try using the imaging unit from other printer.
If this did not solve then visit a service center or buy its Imaging unit.

This may be obvious, but there's a "scanner lock" on this machine. It ships locked, and you need to unlock it when you receive it. Look up under where the paper comes out when you print, and on the left there's a little green switch. Make sure it's pulled towards you (you can see it also through the glass on the scanner bed).
