Question about Panasonic GigaRange KX-TG5432 Cordless Phone
I purchased KX-TG5432M model 2 years back and has been working well till now. There was an incoming call but since nobody picked up the call, it went in to answering mode. Since then the answering machine light is on and I am just not able to switch it off. In addition, no other keys work in answering machine or intercom - basically no keys work on the base unit. Please suggest a solution. Thanks, Murali
I read about this, and while you were gone, if your power went out, try unplugging the batteries from the back of both phones for a few minutes & put them back in..I hope this helps!

Depending on how your automated attendant is programmed, you will need to either change certain prompts or certain Custom Service menu greetings. Without knowing how your system is configured, I can't be more detailed, sorry. However, we can fix this for you over the Internet with our remote support package...
