I have a Canon BJC 3000 and I just got ink for it cuz i ran out...and tryed to run my printer with just black ink...And that didn't work. The orange light indicator..is on when the rollers try to grab the paper but don't take any. I have tryed everything but all i have my computer tell me is that the printer is offline. Won't grab the paper at all and when i help my printer and put the paper in...farther it feeds throught then it spits it out and turns itself off. I hope you can help Thank you, Barb
Try the following start->settings->printers right click on cannon bjc 3000 and check for a tick mark on "use printer offiline". if the tick mark is there then click on the "use printer offiline", then try a test page. hope this helps
