Hi
Whilst the computer is starting, press the "F8" to et a menu up and then using the "up" / "down" keys navigate to "Use latest settings that worked" (or words to that effect) and press "Enter".
This should make the computer revert to the settings from an earlier time which worked. You shouldn't lose any data files using this, ut if a software update or driver change caused this then you may lose the update.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers
most likely related to the blue screen issues. a possible reinstall of the OS may be needed. To check if it is blue screen related, restart the computer, press F8 when system restarts, then select the option to disable auto-restart option on the advanced options menu and press Enter. Next time you use the system, see if it will still auto-restart or if you'll get a blue screen. If there is an error, a system rstore or OS repair or reinstall may also be needed.

Have you tried going to the service menu? Do this by holding "MENU" on the TV set while it is on, then pressing "Menu" on the remote. You may have to do this a couple times for the menu to appear.
There should be a option on the appearing screen for Convergence, which has more options the the standard menu. To work this under the "9" setting for convergence, each of the + on the screen is the corresponding button the the TV remote (3 if top right, 5 is center). Use your volume or arrow keys then to move the selected + in the desired direction.
A Blue Screen, means that there is NO signal be "Given" to the "Input" that the TV is currently using. Try another "Input" or check your antenna is OK, you are "ON" the right "Input" too.
Convergence can only be repaired by going into the unit itself....You MUST know how to do this or risk a lot more problems.....seek qualified assistance!
It sounds like a hard drive issue. If your system can't read your hard drive it will stay on the blue Playstation screen. After a few minutes it will say it cant load from the hard drive on the screen. Try putting your hard drive in a different machine and see if it boots up.
Make sure you are hitting the right menu button. Samsung thinks they are dummy proofing their tvs. You cant get to anything they do not think is pertinent at the time. Make sure you are hitting the write button on the remote. Try to hit menu on the tv and see if that works.
