Call sears service and tell them you need service there is a service flash and will be no charge
ok well usually it is not sensing a temperature change in the water or not getting hot enough. so you can reset the dishwasher and try running the hot water in the sink before starting the dishwasher. if it fails again there is a service flash replacement kit for the heater and the control board. The heater has been redesigned to go over the thermostat and the new control is to help power the higher wattage element. the service flash number is sf22-799 and the part number is probably going to be 22 - 665- 8264900

As I mentioned, I did call Sears and they ave cancelled 3 times on me due to truck and ice issues. I believe since dishwasher is not considered an emergency candidate appliance, I keep getting bumped off. I am looking for answers as to where problem could be and whether it can be reset somehow. I am worried that once Sears does pay us a visit, he will see the 61 code and tell me it is blahbalhblah and part is backordered and wait another month. I find it surprising that I wasn't even asked about the code.I did look around for certified technicians that could come within few days, but was told that if i use them, then my 5 years warranty is null. So much for service.
I have exactly the same problem and the machine is new.
