If you changed the drain pump I would check the following things: 1) Is the machine actually sending power to the pump to turn it on. You can check this by using a volt meter and with the machine open disconnect the power to the pump and place machine in drain and test to see if voltaqge is being sent to the pump 2) Check your lines and the drain itself. Any blockages could prevent draining.
Hi, E20 is a draining error. Check the filter. You need to take the filter out, empty it of all lint and replace it. It may have water trapped in already, so get a cloth ready to soak up excess liquid! Also, make sure when you put it back in you have tightened it enough to avoid leaking but not too much that you cannot get it back out. If still the problem persists then the problem is with the draining pump. The pump is not pumping out the water.Check the pump impeller it may got stuck due to some obstacles.Replace it and this wont come again. Thank You
sounds like your pump may be gone, or could be pipe blocked. to check pipe fill machine take outlet pipe at rear of machine and lay this into a bowl. If water flows ok then all pipes are clear. As water is coming through just put machine onto spin cycle and raise hose to see if water will then pump out.
filter is located at the bottom rear of the appliance... if its pump obstruction then to lay the drain hose into a bowl is a means of getting the water out manually.. if its a blockage and water wont drain this way then lay the unit down on its R/H side (not soap dispenser side)....then acces to the filter can be made without flooding the place..best if 2 persons were to do this as the machine can be heavy when full with water and clothes.. best of luck..
