First thing you do is try reseating the ATX Connector (the 20pin white connector that gives power to the motherboard from power supply) If this does not fix the issue, then disconnect all the components If there is then switch off the pc, add a component & restart to check the green light exists. If there is still orange light then check if the psu fan is moving. Its inexpensive. hope this helps
(strip the system to MPP i.e. motherboard, psu & proc) and then switch on the pc to check if there is a green light.
Do this for the remaining components one by one to check which component is causing the issue.
If it does not move at all, replace psu. If if moves a little bit, connect just the dvd drive & check if it ejects.
If it does then replace motherboard. If you are replacing motherboard or psu, replace the front i/o panel assembly (the power switch assembly) for safety reasons.
