SOURCE: error code 7
The error code 7 is in fact a motor error.
The motor that drives the spin cycle has become faulty. The only solution now is to get an engineer in to fix it or get it sent away to get repaired.

The Haier hwm1070kFL error 5 indicates a problem with the incoming water. Either the water pressure is low, any filters in the inlet system are clogged or the water is draining out of the unit (pump malfunction or suction from the drain hose being below the water level in the washer).
The first thing to check is the incoming water pressure. Turn off the valves for the incoming water. Then disconnect the hose from both the washer and the pipe. Check any filters. Reconnect the hose to the pipe and place a bucket below the hose. Turn on the water valve and check the flow rate. (You may want to replace the hose while you have it disconnected. Many modern hoses are designed to seal themselves if they detect leakage. This will stop or reduce the flow of water through the hose.)
Next make sure that the drain hose outlet is 80-100 cm (~32-40 inches) from the floor.
If these steps do not help, you need to check the inlet valve, the pressure sensor and make sure that the drain pump is not moving the water out of the washer during a fill cycle. These may be steps for a service technician.
I hope this helps.

(I live in an area with a rural water district. It isn't uncommon for the water pressure to drop due to problems in the system. Until the maintenance person can find and fix the leak or pump issue, a washer with sensor like this that detects how long it takes to fill the tub will give the low flow error and stop working.)
