?Fuzzy is rather vague, have you tried all inputs to see if same? DVD, etc?

Your TV most likely requires service. You may take the unit to the retailer of service to arrange for repairs. Note: physical damage that may have been caused by the unit tipping over would not be covered under the factory warranty.

Can you fix a INSIGNIA 39 inch led screen

The screen will most likely cost what you will pay for a new one. But go to the manufacturers website and look in parts they will have your screen. P.S. If you buy a new T.V. ,If you buy it with a MasterCard or Visa it automatically doubles the manufacturers warranty. Also they have very reasonable and better extended warranty plans.

New 39" Insignia TV . I have a picture on the screen that doesn't fill the screen. It is about 4" short on each side. How can I get it to a full screen

if its a even 4 inch border on each side the set is in the 4x3 format, look for a button on the remote (read owner manual) for aspect.

Just purchased a 32 inch insignia flat screen model # NS-32L430A11, How do I make the picture the full 32 inc instead of the small screen in a box?

Look for 'ASPECT', 'MODE', 'VIDEO', or 'DISPLAY' on the remote button to change the aspect ratio.
One thing to remember is that if the video was made for 4:3 old TV format, when you expand it to fill 16:9 screen, people will loof short and fat.

Tv picture looks grainy like it was shot on video

well most lcd and plasma tv's above 36" will look grainy on standard definition because they are made for high definition so if you do not receive a high definition signal to your tv then that would most likely be the problem
