Please my comment in your first listing. TRy everything one by one:
1) Test your Battery
2) Test your phone power plug
3) Open the phone to troubleshoot the mainboard
Sometime, you may miss some small thing. Try to correct the small thing first but don't leave your phone for too long. Keep coming back in 15 minutes to see any progress. It may shows up the progress quite fast either bad or good.

First Option: mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems... just try the following.. connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)... found out whether it is charging or not... if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)... if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging IF Charging Problem not Solved So
Second Option: Your Phone charging IC Fault So Please change charging IC And charging Problem will Solved Quickly
I have a Motorola RAZR V3x which has worked reliably for about 3 years. Very recently (having been recharged a couple of hours earlier & without any prior suggestion of impending battery failure), the phone has refused to turn on and attempts to charge it with the factory charger do not even light the blue charge indicator. An attempt to charge it through the computer's USB port lit the blue charge indicator for about 1 second but also failed to charge the battery.
At first, when you plug the the chaeger in, you must see the led comes out. If it si not then the charger is not compatible. different voltage will not work. Second, if the led is on usually in red then you should ocme back in couple hours to check for any progress. Third, if nothing working, you now then thest to see whether your battery is dead. The way to test battery is take the battery off and plug the charger into your phone and turn it on. If your phone is on, then you need to replace the battery. If the phone is not even on, probably your main board has failed in power supply and may need to be replaced. So try one by one first to see whether you have missed something before you can make a decision that the problem is from your phone main board. Good Luck
