My new car came with a Philips Radio Cassette, not sure what model. It has FIAT in one corner on the front, and 501 in the other. The serial number is PHF004S9019168. DO I need any other info?

When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect it again, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your car radio.
The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. If you do not have this code you need to go to your Fiat service centre and get them to enter this code for you.

Go the dealer ad they will reset it for you and/or find the right allen wrench and take it the radio read the radio serial/model number to the dealer they can give ti to you over the phone
