My safa q100 is plugged on : there is a blue light but wont switch on,
is it broken ? what can i do? is it possible to repare it ? how ?
My mp3 player is not getting charge. what can i do
HI, Can u access it if you connect it to your pc? if so, then format it, dont forget to back it up first, then do a check disk to it. (Right click properties, scan now) That should fix it
No not nesecarily. Try and see if it shows up under Control panel/Administrative tools/computer management an din there go to disk managament. If you find it there, then format it from there. If not, then try it on a nother computer, or download some recovery software and try it that way.
Ok, here goes my last crack at this one. Make sure the Lock key is NOT in the Lock position. then above the speaker is a pintip size hole (i think) find something that fits in there, and push the button down, and hold it for about 30Sec. see if that works. If it does nothing, then try connecting it to the computer now. if taht still dont work, then update your computer, and see if that fixes it. IF not, then u might consider getting the internal battery checked.. maybe its dead.
I dont know why, but if u want u could try to co to the device manager in your computer, under properties. go to the usb section, and just uninstall all of those, then reboot your pc. maybe a simple reinstal of your usb ports would do the trick. If it asks u to search online for teh drivers, then u might aswell. If u can find a way to format it, then great. Just some experience here ...... One time i insterted the mp3 player into my usb port, then i used my xp cd booted into the OS installation, and deleted the partition which was the mp3 player. then i was able to format it, u do loose a few meg of memory then though.. i think around 5

i found it. i plugged it to the pc, it did the sound to say something got plugged in but the pc doesnt see it... is it broken then ?
so i manage to go on Disk Mana. but it didnt show up there. im gonna try to download something, do u know where i should look for it and wat name does it have ?

Hello k-n-tech ! thanks a lot for all ur efforts...well, i cant say i didnt try: i used 3 different computers, did it many times and left it more than 30 sec... well still it doesnt change anything...too bad ! i will try to change the battery... then hopefully that the pb...will c ...thanks (i will let u know if the situation changes...)
small question, the mp3 doesnt appear in Disk Management but in System ==> in tools management, looks like from there i cant format it...any idea why ?
