Hi again. I'm the same person who posted the "won't sleep" problem. Anyways, it still wasn't working, so I restored it and now the sleep option isn't even on the screen! Everything else is there, but the sleep option just vanished! Please help!!
You got your sleep off go to the main menue and go to sttings and there will be a sleep option it will say on or off you want to click it on

no PC stated (you are posted to computers and not CELL phones)
NO OS stated at all windows/ y/n if yes, which one W10?
NO DEVICE STATED, USB. (vast and endless this)
are you sure BT works on this unstated PC.?
most old PCs it was an option on laptops. very common..
IF BT works on other devices say so and do so. first.
or run HWinfo32.exe portable and free to see if the BT port option is even there at all. inside unstated PC.
I can see you've posted on the Logitech website and I think that will be your best bet. I work in a shop that sells these and I've got one in front of me but I don't have any idea how to change the sleep settings, or if it's even possible :\
I bet there's some really complex coding you may have to input, even then it's not guaranteed to work
Hey there, Normally simply pressing a random key on your keyboard or moving your mouse should wake it up, if it doesn't though I think the easiest way to solve this is to simply turn off the sleep mode after x amount of time.
If you have windows 7, press the start button and type in "power options", go ahead and open power options and there you will be able to set the time it takes before your PC shuts down, and you can also set it to never.
If you still wish to use this feature but just want to be able to it's a bit tricky and it won't even work for all PCs but if the keyboard waking isn't working, then it's probably because your pc does have this feature. When your PC is off, boot it up again and enter the bios by pressing F10 i believe it is for HP.
And somewhere you should be able to set which devices are allowed to wake up your computer, all devices are probably disabled now, so go ahead and enable the keyboard to wake up your computer. Now save and exit, and the next time your PC goes to sleep mode you should be able to wake it up by pressing a key on your keyboard.
I hope I was able to assist. If I was, please don't forget to rate this solution.
Hi, That sounds like an issue with the memory card. Yes you will lose all current photos on it when you format the memory card. It's also safe to leave the battery in the camera as DSLRs don't drain power when the camera isn't in use.
Well by default Closing the Lid will cause computer to go to Sleep mode and you can't wake it up using mouse. However you need to press power button to wake it up.
But as you said it was working the way you explained then seems like Power settings on your computer are changed
To check the settings
Got0 -Control panel and click on power Options
Goto - Advanced and find the Lid open/close actions
You can change it there
If you don't want your computer to goto sleep mode with the lid close, you can simply disable it.
Hope this worrks
If pressing down and holding the restart/start button doesn't wake it up you might try Control + ALT + DELETE keys (together) - that will reboot it though. And if that won't work then you might have to pull the battery to reset it.
It seems that some laptops have a problem with vista and sleep mode, in particular, and sometimes hibernate too. You can try going under POWER OPTIONS under Control Panel and setting everything back to default, saving it, then resetting it again. Also it's best to avoid using sleep mode if possible to avoid problems.
If the problem developed after a recent install or updating you may need to go to an older store point to fix the problem. Personally, I just avoid using these settings as much as possible and use regular shut down and a screen saver for times when I need to step away from laptop for short periods of time.
