I've had the Calypso for 6 years. Always used HE detergent. Never had this problem til recently. In the last year, I can't run more than 2 loads back to back - The suds at the drain hose get to be too much & run down the wall! Mr Plumber came & cleared the line - NOTHING was found. I thought for sure a clog was forming. Thus, I think the problem is with the washer. I'm still using the same amount of HE - even trying diff. brands. Doesn't seem to matter. Suds too much. Do you think it's the pump not pumping enough water? WHY would I suddenly need to use LESS HE detergent after all these years? I'm afraid my clothes won't get clean without the proper amount. HELP!
SUDS LOCK (Overdose of Detergent detected during the Wash Cycle)
The motor control unit senses a suds lock condition by analyzing the current draw on
the drive motor. If "Sud" is displayed a potential suds lock is detected. This may
signify a bad pump, an extra heavy load, excessive detergent, or excessive suds.

• If too much detergent was used, run the unit through a Rinse/ Spin cycle then a
Normal cycle without adding any detergent. This should clear the unit of the
