Is there a web site I can go to for this player/company to see if I can get the power button repaired? This is our 3rd player since Christmas with the same problem. It's not pushed in or stuck, I just simply stops working. We can still activate the player through the USB port and get it to turn on that way, but can't turn it off or on regularly.
I have returned it to wal-mart, as stated in my post this is our 3rd one!!! and since my post, the player has stopped working all together, except when connected to the computer. Very Frustrating, Im out a bit of money!! Oh well, guess theres nothing more I can do cept eat the loss.
This is a Walmart proprietary item made in China. The ilo.com address above is a different company - a German medical / industrial equipment maker. Have you tried returning it to Walmart?
Perhaps you should try iLO's homepage: http://www.ilo.com/ Noaya.
