It means that the wiring between the flash and control botton has failed. you have to take it back to the shop to be repaired.

Need to replace flash

The flash is not consumer-replaceable. You will need to have it serviced and it will be very expensive.

I have a Canon Vixia HV30. The tape will not eject. I have tried all "simple" procedures: use AC adapter, change environment. I believe it needs to be serviced. I don't know how to go about...

This can be caused by a defective switch or a bad loading motor and will require major disassembly by a qualified technician to repair.

My name is Rick and I am the owner and technician of Discount Camera Repair. The problem you are experiencing can be repaired fairly inexpensively. If I can be of any help please call or email me. I'll be happy to repair the camera for you.

Camera model: panasonic FS3 Lumix cannot remove memory card. know how to remove battery. memory card seems stuck or I don't know the trick to remove

Turn the camera off first.
To remove the memory card you have to push it down a bit, you may hear a little 'click' and as you let go the card will pop up a bit.
Then you can pull it out.

Let me know. Thanks.

The problem is in a digital camera Panasonic Lumix model FS5. When I start the camera appears a message that say: Please turn camera off and the then on again. When I restart the camera this message...

Sounds like you're experiencing a lens error. The camera is having difficulty extending the lens. Unfortunately, many cameras that fall prey to lens error problems can only be corrected by professional repair. But, here are some last resort troubleshooting steps that you can try that may correct it. They only seem to work for less than 40% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty (or repair cost approaches that of the camera), they're worth that try.
