Need to replace flash

The flash is not consumer-replaceable. You will need to have it serviced and it will be very expensive.

Camera model: panasonic FS3 Lumix cannot remove memory card. know how to remove battery. memory card seems stuck or I don't know the trick to remove

Turn the camera off first.
To remove the memory card you have to push it down a bit, you may hear a little 'click' and as you let go the card will pop up a bit.
Then you can pull it out.

Let me know. Thanks.

I am not tech-savvy, so I don't know what the problem is. I do know that I don't have a manual and the cam card seems to be stuck in the port.

Most cards usually need to be pushed in before they pop back out again. Try pushing it in then letting the spring make it come out a little bit. Otherwise you might of forced it in the wrong way and then you would need a thin knife like tool to pry it out. But if the camera recognizes the card then you put it in the right way.
Hope it Helps! -Joe

I have a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W310 I trun it on it reads Turn the power off and on again WhenI do this it still reads the same thing

It seems you're having problems with the lens sticking (either not retracting or retracting then coming out then going back again, etc.) This "off, then on" problem is caused by some little cogs around the lens that easily slip out of place in this camera. The camera has trouble sensing if the lens is in or out, which is why it keeps asking you to turn it off then on again.

One solution is to give the camera a firm tap around the lens area. I don't necessarily recommend that since those cogs in there are obviously delicate. Other than that, repair is going to require opening up the camera and setting those little things back into place. I know that isn't the answer you wanted to hear, but it seems to be the only one. Please don't forget to rate me if satisfied.Thank you.

Cannon powershot 85

This model has had problems with the switch block assembly. The shutter control is a two stage switch which gets stuck and attempts to fire the shutter when the camera is powered on. This is not a very serious problem and is easily resolved by a qualified technician. Replacing the switch block takes a bit of skill and should be done by a Canon service facility. Good Luck my friend Joe Weibel customelectronics.org
